• Technical data — like any website, our hosting provider may process standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs to keep the site secure and available.

This website does not use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Why We Use It

We use your information only to:

• reply to your message and discuss a possible collaboration or introduction;
• keep the website secure and working properly.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who Receives It

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, which acts as a processor on our behalf. Our email and hosting providers also process data as part of providing their services. If you ask us to introduce you to one of the projects we support, or to an investor, we share your details with them only with your agreement.

How Long We Keep It

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting collaboration. If nothing comes of it, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Just email info@icxcnika.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the one in your country of residence.
